Omega has now introduced a line of custom high voltage generators/ignitors designed to meet specific customer needs.

Voltages of 15,000 – 25,000 volts or more in very small package sizes are typical.

These custom voltage generators can be produced in various shapes and sizes. They usually contain one or two piezoceramic elements, incorporate stainless steel electrodes and are over-molded with epoxy to a specific required component shape.

Our voltage generators are 100% tested using impact and squeeze type testing systems designed to simulate their use in the field to ensure every one meets the customer specifications.

We produce ignitors for very high reliability applications such as military aircraft.
